At Anuki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital products and membership services.
Digital Ebooks
Due to the digital nature of our ebooks, all sales are generally considered final once the download link has been accessed. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues preventing download (verified by our team)
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Product significantly different from description
- Requests made within 7 days of purchase AND before downloading
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after downloading
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Inability to use product due to user's technical limitations
Community Membership
Our community membership is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- No refunds for partial months
- First-time members may request a refund within 3 days if unsatisfied
Refund Eligibility:
- First-time members: Full refund within 3 days of initial purchase
- Billing errors: Full refund for any incorrect charges
- Service unavailability: Pro-rated refund for extended outages
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and the email used for purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur additional fees and can result in account restrictions. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly through direct communication.
